Funeral services for Lucian Twins Sr., 79, Cheyenne Chief and ceremonial man, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Clinton Indian Baptist Church under direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

He was born Sept. 11, 1941, in Clinton, and died Jan. 13, 2021, in the Select Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City.
