Funeral services will be held for Lewis V. Smith, 91, of Clinton at 11 a.m. Monday at Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

He died Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City.

Burial will follow the services at Clinton Cemetery under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
