Funeral services for Jerry E. Listak, 56, of Clinton, will be held at 2 p.m., Friday at the Cornerstone Church, under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

He was born Nov. 30, 1964, in Enid. He died Saturday, March 27, 2021, at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
