Graveside services for Delbert Dean Osborn, 79, of Bethany, formerly of Stafford, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the Stafford Cemetery.

He was born April 15, 1942, in Elk City. He died Saturday, May 29, 2021, in Oklahoma City.
