Memorial services for Cynthia Miller, 69, Clinton resident, will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 4, 2020 in the New Hope Fellowship Church, officiated by Rev. Gary Jones and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Cynthia Kay (Lewis) Miller was born September 16, 1950 to Charles Lewis and June (Farensworth) in Ashland, Ohio, and passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020, in the St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Cynthia started her young life in Ohio and when she was 10 years old her family moved to Texas. They later moved to Cordell, OK. She attended High School in Dill City and graduated in 1969.

She married Marion Miller on February 27, 1971 in Cordell and they made their first home in Stafford and later moved to Clinton. She was employed with David Boone, D.D.S. for nine years and Health South as an assistant physical therapist for 15 years and then became a homemaker.

She was a member of the New Hope Fellowship Church; she enjoyed knitting, farming, and going on cruises, and she loved to make people smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by husband, Marion, of the home; a daughter, Amy Schmidt and husband Jason, and a son, Brett Miller, all of Clinton; a sister, Sanya Kotz and husband, Gary, of Fannett, TX; a brother, Stephen Lewis and wife, Connie, of Canute; and one grandchild, Jordan Schmidt.
