Funeral Services for Curtis Duff, 67, Clinton resident, will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 30, 2022, in the Edge Church, officiated by Doyle Kinney and Eston Page. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau Lee Funeral Home.

Curtis Neal Duff was born December 26, 1954, to Otis Lealon Duff and Rose Marie (Wolf) Duff in Clinton, OK and passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022, in his Clinton home with his family at his side.

Curtis was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1973. He continued his education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Arts. He married his high school sweetheart, Donna Sue “Suzi” Cordes on June 28, 1974, in Clinton.

He worked for Dave Riley Construction and was self-employed building custom homes in the 90’s. He later began a long career with Joe D. Hall Construction starting in August of 1997 as a Construction Superintendent. He was a master carpenter and worked until his death.

He married his companion, for over 10 years, Barbara (Brinkley) Smith, on July 29, 2022, in Clinton.

He is a member of the Edge Church. He loved doing woodwork and projects, enjoyed fishing and his greatest passion was his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzi, his parents, mother-inlaw, Ruth Brinkley, brother-inlaw, Gary Cordes, and brother-in- law, Rodney Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home, daughter Stephanie Miller, Norman, OK, son, Chad Duff, and wife, Krissi, Tuttle, OK, two stepdaughters, Sarah Smith and husband, Josh Copeland, West Linn, OR and Shea Smith, Tulsa, OK, sister, Linda Brown, brother, David Duff, mother-in-law, Gerrie Cordes, all of Clinton, OK.

He is also survived by three grandchildren, Ruby Sue Miller, Scout Arthur Miller and Smith Copeland, nieces, Haidyn Duff, Christy Brown, and Stacy Robinson, nephews, Shelton Duff and Adam Cordes.

The family has suggested those wanting to give a memorial contribution may do so to The Edge Church Benevolent Fund or building fund.
