Funeral services for Charlene Rose Harrington, 51, of Clinton, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, at the Seiling Emergency Response Center.

She was born March 16, 1970, in Clinton. She died Nov. 9, 2021, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
