A Mass of Christian Burial for Cenovio A. “YoYo” Flores, 61, Clinton resident will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2022, in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, officiated by Father Balawamy Mandagiri. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be held 6:00 P.M., Thurs day, March 10, 2022 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

Cenovio A. Flores was born October 30, 1960, to Hilario and Geronima (Amaya) Flores in Durango, Mexico and passed away very unexpectedly Saturday, March 5, 2022, in Midland, Texas.

“YoYo” as he was known by family and friends started his young life off in Mexico where he also attended his schooling. He moved to the United States at the age of 15 and made his first home in Clinton. He worked for the Clinton Cotton Oil Mill, Acme Brick Company, and Bar-S Foods before moving to Mississippi in 1998 and worked for a furniture shipping company. In 2008 he moved to Elk City, OK and began working in the oilfields and moved his family to Canute, OK in 2010. He most recently has worked for MWS Pipeline and Oilfield Construction.

He was married to Betty Rios on February 11, 1982, in Arapaho, OK and she preceded him in death on September 28, 2021.

He was a member of the Catholic Church, he enjoyed fishing, horses, going to the Casino and messing with guns, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his dad, his wife, brother, Andres Flores and grandchildren, Angel and Jaylene Jara.

He is survived by his mother, Geronima Flores, Clinton; two daughters, Carolina Flores and Cecilia Jara and husband, Cresencio, all of Canute, OK; son, James Flores and wife, Lori, Clinton, OK; five sisters, Maria Manuela Flores Amaya, of Mexico, Maria Renteria, Dallas, TX, Ma De La Cruz Flores, of Mexico, Teresa Flores, and Guadalupe Martinez, both of Clinton, OK; six brothers, Lino Flores, and wife, Aida, Clinton, OK, Chicho Flores and wife, Aide, Yukon, OK, Thomas Flores and wife, Rosi, Clinton, OK, Jesus Flores and wife, Lucero, Piedmont, OK, Hilario Flores and wife, (Ema), of Mexico and Cecilio Flores and wife, Diana, Clinton, OK.

He is also survived by grandchildren, Saul Andablo, Manuel Andablo, Ruben Andablo, Mauricio Andablo, Coltan Flores, Emma Flores, Adrian, Flores, Hector Espinoza, Sevan Espinoza, Jaqueline Jara, Julian Jara, Jade Jara and a great granddaughter, Sofia Andablo.
