AllianceHealth Clinton will sponsor the annual “Boots & Badges” community blood drive from noon until 6 p.m. Tuesday at the First Christian Church Family Life Center.

Zebra mussel infestation raises concern at Foss

Zebra mussels were first reported at Foss Lake in 2018 and are slowly spreading. Officials are asking people who visit Foss — and all other bodies of water in the state, for that matter — to do their part to prevent a full-blown invasion, by thoroughly cleaning boats and other equipment after they’re removed from the water.
