As the end of the year quickly approaches, City Manager Robert Johnston has begun looking ahead at priority projects and issues he hopes to see worked out in the coming weeks and months, including final details in the transition from West Texas Turf’s management of the Riverside Golf Course to the continued search for a new police chief.
