Clinton Regional Hospital is planning a large Trunk or Treat Halloween celebration to be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 19 at the hospital. The celebration aims to attract all ages and will include trunk or treating for kids, a car show for adults and the hospital hopes to include several vendors.
