Christmas Day is just over a week away and with it, many area churches are preparing for special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services to celebrate the holiday.

Scholarships awarded to high school students

The Clinton Public Schools Foundation recently awarded scholarships for the upcoming spring semester for Clinton High School concurrent and career tech students. Around $9,300 was awarded to students to assist with costs that may arise.
