An Elk City woman has died from the results of a single-vehicle accident Dec. 2 in Elk City.
Mia Raya, 37, of Clinton, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of child abuse, affixing an unauthorized license plate on a vehicle with intent to conceal or misrepresent identity of the vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer after receiving signal to stop when endangering another person, resisting arrest by force or violence, driving a vehicle with a suspended license, reckless driving, obstructing an officer, and operating a vehicle without a proper license plate for the current year.
