Launched just over a year ago, “Project Switch Off” continues to serve as an effective strategy to combat violent crime and targets illegal — and lethal — machinegun conversion devices (MCDs). The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma launched “Project Switch Off” on Nov. 29, 2023.
