The saga of the Glancy Motel may soon be coming to an end after the Oklahoma state legislative session’s conclusion brought the needed funding for a new Oklahoma Highway Patrol headquarters and law enforcement hub set to be built at the site of the old Glancy Motel at 217 Gary Blvd.

To start off the first Levitt Amp Clinton Concert Series Friday evening at the Clinton Middle School Auditorium, Mariachi Orgullo de América opened with a lively set to set the tone for the rest of the evening.

This month’s Friends on Frisco is set to have a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy with everything scheduled set to take place from 6-9 p.m. Thursday along Frisco Avenue.
