City of Clinton Deputy Treasurer Shona Stermer has found a love of numbers and spreadsheets during her almost nine years working at Clinton City Hall in accounts payable.

Soon the downtown area of Clinton will be transformed into an art gallery of human expression when, on Sept. 23, the Buffalograss Arts Institute holds its annual Clinton Arts and Crafts Festival.
City parks continue to be the jewel of the City of Clinton with attractions like M.T. and Helen Gholston Children’s Park at Acme Brick Park or the amphitheater which has played host to many free summer concerts over the past few months. As the busy season winds to a close and weather cools off, the Clinton Beautification Committee is working to make needed upgrades across town with its main focus on McLain Rogers’ R.A. “Dick” Lloyd Amphitheater.
