Thursday’s nearly day-long rain was apparently enough to cause a high school student to lose control of a 2013 Toyota FRS that afternoon on Opal Avenue near S. 16th Street. No one was injured, and Clinton Police Detective Lt.
Clinton School District and the Clinton Police Department are partnering on a new policy called “Handle With Care,” which will alert schools when a student has experienced trauma in the home.
