Distance learning for Clinton commences

Southwest Elementary School teacher Aubrey Stanley displays her notes and laptop, featuring the State Department of Education’s distance learning guidelines, prior to an online teacher meeting. Clinton Public Schools began virtual, distance learning Monday.

The finishing touches are being made to the VA outpatient clinic, under construction in Clinton since last year. But because of the pandemic it won’t be opening its door anytime soon, said Oklahoma City VA Public Affairs Officer Amy Umhoefer.
