After meeting in private for nearly an hour during a special meeting Tuesday, the Clinton Economic Development Authority reconvened in open session and voted to authorize CEDA Director Roland Mower to prepare a request for proposal outlining the guidelines for anyone interested in redeveloping the existing buildings at the Glancy Motel.
