What started as a small committee to bring a fun run to Clinton has grown into creating a certified, timed 5k run. The first annual Clinton Classic Run will begin at 8 a.m. June 4, 2022. Co-chairmen Summer Pennington and Sue Cornell gave updates during last week’s meeting at Strayhouse Kitchen and Coffee.

Construction manager Seth Wilts from Invenergy updated Custer County commissioners about Invenergy’s wind project and county road repairs during Monday’s regular meeting.

Ron Engel honored
