Clinton City Council members approved City Attorney Ryan Meacham and City Manager Robert Johnston entering negotiations with West Texas Turf for possible management of the Riverside Golf Course during Wednesday’s special meeting. Negotiations would consist of a contract being presented to council members sometime in February.
