NEW YORK (AP) — Ivana Trump, who formed half of a publicity power couple in the 1980s as the first wife of former President Donald Trump and mother of his oldest children, has died in New York City, her family announced Thursday. She was 73.

DALLAS (AP) — A Texas man, not his 13-year-old son, was driving the pickup truck that crossed into the oncoming lane and struck a van carrying New Mexico college golfers, killing nine people, and he had methamphetamine in his system, investigators said Thursday.

ODOT nearing bridge completion

Work will begin wrapping up soon on the $7.5-million Washita River Bridge project on Gary Boulevard located less than a mile east of U.S. Highway 183 near Glenn Smith Road, according to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. The project which began in April of 2021 included the installation of a new bridge as well as the addition of new pavement, sidewalks and lighting in the area.

City’s street sweeper back in action again

After not being able to get out and clean the streets for some time, Clinton’s street sweeper and the people who man it are back in action cleaning the city’s streets.

Branch15 will be hosting a meet-and-greet at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to welcome its new area manager, Pam Coston, and give an update on the work it’s doing in the Clinton community.
