Mission House seeking new locations for bell ringing

Every holiday season for many years, the Mission House of Clinton has raised money through donations collected while bell ringing at four locations throughout the city, but this year, one of those locations has closed down.

The annual Kiwanis Halloween Parade and Costume Contest is still set to take place, but it will look a little different this year in light of the pandemic.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health, in partnership with Gov.
