The Clinton Economic Development Authority met for a special meeting Tuesday in Clinton City Hall.
Wednesday’s winds toppled this massive tree in the 500 block of S. 18th Street. The tree fell over on a carport and vehicle, which are hidden among the mass of branches. Tree limbs can be taken to the Public Waste Center at 101 Glenn Smith Rd. and dumped for free. Those unable to dispose of limbs themselves are asked to place limbs on their curb to be picked up by the city. The city asks that no limbs be left in alleyways, as it can become a hazard for city employees and emergency services and that citizens are patient as cleanup efforts continue. CDN
