Floyd Simon Jr. Clinton Citizen of the Year

Forty-four years ago, Ernie Simon was the first ever recipient of the Clinton Citizen of the Year Award. The family legacy came full circle Friday night, as his nephew, Dr. Floyd Simon Jr., was bestowed the honor of 2022 Clinton Citizen of the Year.
