Sara Perez-Diaz, 48, of Arapaho, has been charged with driving a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of an intoxicating beverage and bringing contraband into a jail or penal institution after an incident on Sept. 10.
