(AP) — A 2010 federal law that boosted nutrition standards for school meals may have begun to help slow the rise in obesity among America's children — even teenagers who can buy their own snacks, a new study showed.

Ronald Dale Taylor, 35, is wanted on charges of endangering others while eluding the police and driving with a canceled or suspended license after allegedly leading the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on a pursuit through the south outskirts of Clinton Jan. 29.
The Custer County Board of Commissioners discussed concerns surrounding the recent removal of various trees around the courthouse during their weekly meeting yesterday. The action has come under scrutiny by individuals in the community though commissioners say the removal of the trees was necessary for aesthetic and safety reasons.
