Repair work planned for Acme Train

After a couple of years out of commission, Clinton Parks Supt. Travis Sperle hopes to have the Acme Brick Park Train up and running later this year.

Sperle said progress has been slow, but he hopes to have the project completed and the train open to the public soon.

Clinton’s Pre-K program continually does its part to help the State of Oklahoma earn its ranking as one of the best in the nation for early childhood learning.

Fresh new wheels

Sinor EMS welcomed three new ambulances to its fleet Monday. The units will be rotated into service within the next few weeks.

Summer programs ramping up with various activities

The City of Clinton is gearing up for summer fun with multiple programs being planned for residents of all ages by Parks and Recreation Director Summer Pennington.

The first activity for residents is the Xtreme Hip Hop Meet and Greet 2021.
