Clinton Police officers got a surprise early the morning of May 24 when a call for a car burglary in progress led to police finding a male suspect allegedly behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle wearing nothing but a surgical mask. Following the incident, Adan Roldan Gutierrez, 18, of Clinton, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Seniors 55 years old or older have the opportunity to apply for the Senior Community Service Employment Program through Title V of the Older Americans Act. The program allows for seniors to get needed training in a new field and puts them to work through various local non-profit host agencies across the area.

Farmers Market gearing up
