Clinton Economic Development Authority (CEDA) trustees heard a presentation from local attorneys Mart Tisdal and Luke Adams, about financial aid being available from the M.T. and Helen Gholston Trust for the revitalization of the Glancy Motel.

Acme grass stays fresh

The Friends on Frisco event will happen early this month. It is scheduled this Friday (July 23) due to the Clinton Rodeo occurring July 30 and 31. Clinton Chamber of Commerce President Julie Caldwell addressed the city council Tuesday night about shutting down Frisco Avenue from 5 through 7 Street for the duration of the event.
