Ellie Anne-Marie Dodge, 27, of Oklahoma City, Amara Analee Ferrell, 20, of Weatherford, Sierra Beth Thacker, 24, of Bridgeport, and Capacine Rachel Allynn Watan, 23, of Weatherford, have all been charged with fourthdegree arson after an incident in the Custer County Jail on March 23.
