With 100 percent of the votes reported, the capital improvement plan for Clinton Public Schools unofficially passed with a total of 760 votes for the measure and 234 against it for a percentage rate of 76.46 percent in favor to 23.54 percent against. The measure needed a super majority of better than 60 percent to pass.
