Interim City Manager Gene McCullough announced Monday morning that City Hall will be closed to the public due to the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in Clinton. McCullough said the city’s internal safety committee instituted a policy if active coronavirus cases reach 25, then the facility would close to the public. As of Sunday, there were 38 active cases in Clinton. City Hall’s drive-through window is still in operation and online payments may be made as well.
