Dr. Ching-Yi Chen went to our Lord on 2/16/2021. Dr. Chen was born on January 10 , 1945 to Mr. Mu-Hai Chen and Mrs. Ju-Chu Chen-Hsaio in Heit, Takao Prefecture of Japanese Formosa (Currently Pingtung City, Taiwan. He was conscripted to the Taiwanese Air Force from 1963 to 1965.
