Humble, electric Bryson leads Reds

Since his first varsity play – an 83-yard punt return touchdown as a freshman in 2017 – Clinton senior running back/ wide receiver/wildcat quarterback/ returner/free safety/ everything Atrel Bryson has captivated fans, displaying his special talent every time he steps on the field.

Limited Reds battle, fall at Bethany

BETHANY – The gloomy atmosphere following the Clinton football team’s 23-19 defeat Friday night at Bethany, was quickly flipped Sunday afternoon, where CHS found out it had retained second place in the final district rankings.

Clinton football (5-3 overall, 3-2 in district) remains the second seed in 4A-1, drawing Harrah (2-4, 0-3) in the first round of the 2020 playoffs. The Reds will host Harrah at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 2 seed-7 seed matchup.
