It took some time to get going, but the Clinton girls’ basketball team found its shooting rhythm and stayed in the zone, knocking down 15 threepointers in a 59-31, senior night win over the Bethany Bronchos Friday at the Tornado Dome.
Injuries decimated the Clinton wrestling team across the 2019-2020 season, reducing the starting lineup down for duals and tournaments. During those instances, CHS needed the rest of its lineup to be there to make up for those holes.
For the third time in three years under head coach Rob Pitman’s leadership, the No. 13 Clinton wrestling team (6-4 overall) completed the dual season with a winning record Monday night at the Tornado Dome, thumping the Kingfisher Yellowjackets, 51-24.
