With the season winding down, the Clinton Reds baseball program Monday welcomed Kingfisher to the CHS Ballpark for an important district showdown.
The Clinton High School baseball team traveled the short distance Friday to Arapaho to play the Indians in a non-district game. Arapaho-Butler came away with a 12-10 win on a day where both teams had difficulty on the pitching mound.
It is hard to stop a golf ball from rolling down a steep hill.
What could be better than baseball in April? Meaningful baseball against the undefeated top team in the district. Tuesday the Clinton High School baseball team welcomed Elk City with the hopes of extending its lead for third place in the district standings over Kingfisher as well as trying to upset the top undefeated team in it.
ELK CITY – The young Clinton High School boys’ golf program finished with a team score of 351 to finish in the middle of the pack for its tournament Monday in Elk City.
