Mark DeWayne Lumpkin, Sr., was born September 29, 1959 in Clinton, Oklahoma to JD Vernon and Osa Faye (Davis) Lumpkin. He passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 61 due to complications from COVID.

Shannon X Smith, 96, of Hammon, Oklahoma was born on November 22, 1924 in Moorewood, Oklahoma. He is the son of Ellis X and Vina (Sketchley) Smith. Shannon passed on December 19, 2020 at his residence.
