Deborah Kaye Hale, 72 passed from this life to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at her home in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was born April 3 , 1949, to Matthew William Henry Heath “Bill” and Ollivene Grace “Obby” (Cole) Heath in Memphis, Tennessee. She was raised in Cherokee, Oklahoma where she attended high school and met the love of her life, Steven Hale. Steve and Deborah attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she majored in drama. They were married on June 10, 1967, in Clinton, OK. They celebrated their 50 wedding anniversary in 2017.
Funeral services for Doris Genelle Gerner, 87, of Custer City, have been canceled. Services were originally scheduled for today at the Primitive Baptist Church located on State Highway 152.
Funeral services for Mona Bentley Burlesome, 77, of Elk City, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Red Star Church in Leedey.

Funeral services for Jessica Guzman, 42, of Hammon, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Emergency Resource Center in Hammon.
Memorial services for Loretta Lowe, 86, of Bessie, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Mennonite Church.
