Funeral services for Stephen James “Steve” Millspaugh, 81, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, at the Randy Kiesau Chapel.

He was born Oct. 3, 1944, in Oklahoma City. He died March 18, 2026, in Weatherford.

Services are under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
