Funeral services for Philip Joe Isaacs, 77, of Oklahoma City, will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home & Crematory.

He was born Feb. 2, 1948, in Clinton. He died Jan. 18, 2026, in Oklahoma City.
