Legal troubles abound for the City of Clinton who is facing a new lawsuit, this time involving the Clinton Solid Waste Authority, which is being sued for wrongful death by the family of Oscar Davis Washa, a Weatherford man who was killed in an accident involving a trash truck May 20, 2022.
Clinton’s Opportunities, Inc. is partnering with the Oklahoma Insurance Department Medicare Assistance Program to offer free Medicare Part D plan comparison enrollment assistance beginning Oct. 15 and ending with the fall open enrollment period on Dec. 7.
