The South Western Oklahoma Development Authority (SWODA) has received a $1.5 million grant through the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) program. The money will go toward developing a regional longrange transportation plan for counties that encompass the Southwest Oklahoma Regional Transportation Planning organization region.
