Clinton and Arapaho FFA chapters attend COLT training

FFA officers from Clinton High School and Arapaho-Butler High School recently attended the Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) Conference Sept. 20 at the Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton.

Design plans are underway for the reconstruction of the I-40 interchange at Exit 65 as part of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) eightyear construction work plan. Custer County will see multiple road projects completed over the course of the project plan beginning in 2023. “Right now the Exit 65 project is still in the design phase but everything looks to be on track for our expected timeline,” said Bryce Boyer, a public information officer with ODOT. “We expect bids to open on the right of way and thoroughfares part of the project early in 2023 with the bridge portion of the project opening for bids in 2025.”
