MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — One of the country's largest cleaning services for food processing companies employed more than 100 children in dangerous jobs at 13 meatpacking plants across the country, the U.S. Department of Labor said Friday as it announced over $1.5 million in civil penalties.

Martez McNabb, 32, of Athens, Ala., and Benedict Ostine, 27, of Madison, Tenn., have been arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs after an Oklahoma Highway Patrol traffic stop on Interstate 40 led to the discovery of more than 70 pounds of cocaine and other controlled dangerous substances.
