The Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission has named Grayson Ardies as its new State Director of Aeronautics. The appointment was confirmed at the Commission’s October meeting and his tenure as director officially began Nov. 1.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has added a Clinton man to those injured in an accident on Oct. 28, on Interstate 40 near Mustang Road in Oklahoma City.
Clinton Girl Scout Troop 212 says thank you, by donating cases of Girl Scout cookies to local linemen. Fourteen Oklahoma students will be highlighted in 2021 for their anti-littering art. Each student used their artistic skills to highlight the consequences of littering by entering an original piece of art in the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s annual Trash Poster Contest. From cats to alpacas to dragons, there were no limits on the creativity shown by kindergarten through 12th-grade students who paired anti-litter puns and slogans with their art.
