Witnesses claim gunfire was exchanged between two vehicles Thursday morning around the 400 block of Glenn Smith Road. After quick action by the Clinton Police Department and other area law enforcement officers, one of the suspected shooters is in custody.
According to an Oklahoma Probable Cause Affidavit filed by the Clinton Police Department, Clinton resident Nicholas White, 29, was arrested Aug. 21, for unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, falsely impersonating another to create liability and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
