Clinton Public Schools is putting the finishing touches on a mobile library set to begin making the rounds next week, said Director of Elementary Curriculum and Instruction Stephanie Hime.

Although City Manager Mark Skiles says the City of Clinton’s financial situation has improved markedly from a year ago, he says its proposed General Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20 still will be using $246,285 from cash reserves to meet budget needs for the year starting July 1.
