The Clinton Public School Foundation distributed its 15 annual Teacher of the Year awards Monday to five finalists across the district. The district-wide winner will be announced Dec. 17.
Clinton’s 34 annual Festival of Lights Parade was full of 33 participants that embodied the Christmas spirit in every float display.
The Clinton Public Schools Foundation recently awarded Amber Hansen at Nance Elementary the new $3,500 Champion Educator Scholarship to Southwestern Oklahoma State University. The Champion Educator Scholarship and the $4,000 Champion Educator Master’s Scholarship are two new programs that were introduced by the CPSF this year to help with the growth of new teachers in the school district.
