Tornado strikes Clinton

This hangar at the airport took the brunt of the damage caused by Tuesday night’s tornado that hit the northeast area of town.

A tornado touched down in Clinton at approximately 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. Several areas and businesses within town experienced structural damage. All city officials stated there have been no reports of personal injuries to residents caused by the storm.
